To expand a little bit on Dannya's answer, googolplex is the largest number WITH A NAME, but it's not the biggest number, per se. That is, there is no end to numbers, they go on and on and on, but googolplex (which is what the company Google is named after) is the largest digit with an actual name applied to it. Otherwise, there is no such thing as the "biggest number." Now, if you're talking about the biggest number used to count/measure physical objects, then that would probably be 10^88, which is the current estimated value of the number of electrons in our universe. Cool, huh? :)

Googolplex, which is the biggest number with a name. It's written as 10googol, or 10(10100).
